Passing through the area we hit the drive through. While we waited for our order I was able to walk our dog around the area. Food was amazing and also the friendliest service. Would love to come here again and would definitely recommend.

Very cute and small local diner, this place is fantastic. Not huge portions, which are nice, bit quality food cooked with love. About a 20 minute drive from Bellingham but worth the journey.

The food and service was phenomenal. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and there were even lumps in the potatoes, so you know they were real not reconstituted potatoes.

This is a great place to eat. The food is priced great with good portions, the staff is very friendly and always make you feel welcome. If your in town or nearby you should try them out.

Caf 544 is an American style restaurant with a homey feel, the service was amazing The waiter came soon after we sat down and was friendly and attentive. Good for picky eaters. They are known for their French fries, homemade pies, and milkshakes
I got the plain burger with fries and chicken tenders. The fries were crunchy and soft inside, and the burger was particularly good, but the fries were so good it bumped my rating up from an 8 to a 9. The chicken had a factory Ish taste to it, but it wasnt that bad. The chocolate silk pie was perfect- it had a smooth chocolaty filling and a whipped cream topping that was not too sweet, and the crust was thin and flaky 9/10 over all very aca

An Everson, WA neighborhood diner, Cafe 544. A great place to stop for a hearty home-cooked grill type breakfast or lunch. I love the lightly crispy hash browns, veggie stuffed vegatable omlette (ask for cheese on it) and bacon and wheat toast. Many more selections for meat lovers. Take a drive through the lovely valley and stop for a meal. Generous portions. Friendly staff: :)

First time to this caf and pleasantly surprised. Good service and a large menu with very good eggs Benedict. Nothing fancy but quite clean.

This is a great place, friendly staff that regularly go above and beyond. My family and I have been eating here for years. Never once have we had a bad meal.

You can get a hamburger at 8am or pancakes at 4pm its awesome.

Just tried this place and it was really good. Really nice waitstaff and the food was delicious. The hashbrowns were a little bit buttery so I would ask them not to put any butter in the next time other than that it was fantastic.

Loved this place! Went out for a full day date with my wife and decided to stop here for breakfast. The building is reminiscent of the 60s-80s diners. Decor is nice and homey and the food tastes like home-made/aforementioned diner food. Both my wife and I loved it and cant wait to re-visit. Amazing food and amazing service, the lady with the butterfly tattoo on her hight shoulder is very beautiful and such a Saint, she brought my grandpa's glasses out when he left them and even stopped us when she saw my father leave his leftovers on the back of the truck. Had service. Not anything to write home about but we had service. The food, however, is amazing. Perfectly crisp country fried steak, PERFECT eggs every time, toast is always perfectly buttered. Plates are hot and so is the coffee. This is definitely one of my favorite meals and they have nailed it to perfection! Basically, they're perfect.

One of the best double cheese burgers i have ever had, i have had hamburgers there a few times and they are always very good. Going in there today and get hamburgers for the guys at work when i tell them where i am going they are all in.

Best patty melt, fries and shake ever. Stopped with my daughter and grand daughter on drive to Edmonton and was the most memorable meal of the trip.

Every time we eat here we are never disappointed. The food is always the best and always on time.

They make me wish I brought a bigger stomach. First came here with somebody who had been coming here for years. Definitely Harkens back to a Time before customers were customers and employees were employees, friends and members of the community and knew each other.

Awesome little diner in Everson, WA ... well used by the locals, and damn good food. The grilled onion burger is amazing - and reminds me of the ones we used to get at the PNE - only better (and a much bigger 5.5 oz patty). Try them out!

The food and service was really good, but as is often the case with the small town joints, is the friendly locals that frequent the place. In our case there was a good old boy named Bill that we had a hoot chatting with. We'll be back.

I drive from Lynden for breakfast in Everson??? YUP,,, this is the best in the county as far as I'm concerned. Generous portions, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff .... :0)

Good homestyle mom n' pop kind of place. Breakfast served all day. Family gave great reviews of bacon cheeseburger, biscuits and gravy, popcorn chicken kids meal, pancakes. Bacon is nice thick and meaty. Prices reasonable, and you won't leave hungry!

This little caf has been revamped by its new owners, and man does it hit the mark. If you are looking for a good meal, this is the place. Awesome breakfasts, great burgers and specials that are always good. I love small town cafes, you find some of the best food there. This place is one of them!

We went for a breakfast, and a lunch on separate occasions. The breakfast was superior, but both meals were good. I really enjoyed how friendly the service was and the waitress seemed to genuinely care about getting things right. The portions for breakfast were HUGE for a good price. Admittedly though, they did not get my fiance's Eggs Benedict quite right. The eggs were a bit over cooked and the amount of hollandaise was almost sickening. I got the chicken fried steak and it was superb though. Cooked perfectly and the gravy was also very good. We did feel a little sick afterwords, but that's our fault. We wanted to eat it all!

As for lunch. I got a burger and she got a grilled cheese. Less impressive, but still good. I thought the burger would be a bit bigger, but her grilled cheese hit the mark. The chocolate milkshake was great too!

The only major downside of the place is its size. It is a perfectly styled classic diner, but man is it small and the number of people in there when we were there made it very hard to concentrate on the person you are with. It was pretty noisy! But overall I would return for a big breakfast time meal when it is time to spoil ourselves again.

If you like home cooked food, this is the place. The portions are really healthy (by that I mean huge!) and the staff is super friendly. We have eaten there twice now and it will become a mainstay for us once we move to the area in February.
